Boy were we surprised and pleased with Jack’s arrival. We didn’t expect a true black. And he is BLACK and full Peruvian to boot. From the minute his nose appeared we pinched ourselves as he emerged. As Jack has aged he is exhibiting a wonderful proud demeaner in his stance and prance. Jack, like his two siblings before him has a fantastic personality. Jack has really captured our hearts. His second fleece is showing great curl and definition. He just shimmers in the sun. With Peruvian Maverick on his sire’s side and 6Peruvian Paseo Rojo on his dam’s side, Jack will be a great breeding male.

We waited a long time for this gem. Buck is registered as a dark fawn but the more he grows out the more he is looking like dark silver gray. We've been advised to have him color checked by a judge at all shows. He has a greasy feel to his tight shimmery locks. He gets his name from his belly which is speckled with black. Buck has a fun spirit romping with the other alpacas. From the start, he is bright, alert and straight as a board. It is so exciting to look at his developing fleece each day.
